3 killed in Narail attack

Three people were killed in an attack by opponents in Sadar Upazila of Narail due to the struggle for dominance. 4 to 5 more people were injured. The incident took place in Barakola village of Singasholpur Union of the upazila on Monday (February 23) morning.
Police said that in the early morning, people led by former chairman of the local Singasholpur Union, Khair Mollah, opened fire in the area, spreading panic. Later, Khalil Sheikh of the village caught his son Tahazzat and Ferdous Sheikh and hacked them to death. After receiving the information, the army and police went to the spot. They are working to calm the situation.
