2 die of dengue, 565 hospitalized

Two people have died of dengue across the country in the last 24 hours. During this period, 565 people have been hospitalized due to the Aedes mosquito-borne disease. This information was given in a report sent from the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Directorate General of Health Services on Tuesday (December 2).
Of the dengue patients in the last 24 hours, 51 were in Barisal division, 82 in Chittagong division, 95 in Dhaka division (outside the City Corporation), 127 in Dhaka North city, 88 in Dhaka South city, 43 in Khulna division, 45 in Mymensingh division, 30 in Rajshahi division, 3 in Rangpur division and 1 in Sylhet division.
In the last 24 hours, 578 dengue patients have been discharged from hospitals across the country. Of these, 93,196 have been discharged this year. A total of 386 people have died of dengue so far this year. And this year, 95,577 people have been hospitalized due to dengue.
