13 AL leaders and activists arrested in the capital

Thirteen leaders and activists of the banned Awami League and its affiliates have been arrested in the capital. The Intelligence Department (DB) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) gave this information in a message on Thursday (August 14). DMP spokesperson Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Talibur Rahman confirmed the matter. He said that they were arrested after conducting raids in different places in the capital.
