Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain at Mirajunnabir Mahfil in Halishahar: Observance of Prophet’s Sunnah will bring physical and mental peace.
The mayor of Chittagong City Corporation Dr. Shahadat Hossain commented that human welfare is inherent in the life philosophy of the dear Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH). He said, we have received many things through the help of Allah’s beloved Habib; But I do not observe the Sunnah of the Messenger. But what he has ordered; They have a scientific explanation.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at a function held in Halishahar B-Block of the city last Monday night. Ashrafiya Osmaniya Hanafia Sunni Madrasah Hefzkhana and Orphanage Grounds organized this mahfil. Anjuman A Ashrafiya Charitable Trust Bangladesh Chittagong District Branch organizes the sacred Mirajunnabi Mahfil and Kala in Orse Sarkar.
Ali Hossain Sohag Ashrafi, Finance Director of PHP Family and Chairman of Anjuman A Ashrafiya Charitable Trust Bangladesh inaugurated the meeting held under the chairmanship of Allama Kazi Moin Uddin Ashrafi.
Referring to the fact that the beloved Prophet brought prayers and fasting for his Ummah on the night of the Holy Meraj, the mayor said, “The beloved Prophet has shown us a lot of kindness; But we don’t want to follow his ideals. He gave guidance in all aspects of human life with his holy smile. If we follow the words of hadith we will get physical and mental peace. City Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hussain said, Prophet Karim (pbuh) asked to sit and drink water, talked about cleanliness. Every word is scientifically proven. By way of example, he said, “in the hadith it is forbidden to eat gogras; Food, water and air must pass into the stomach equally; Otherwise the digestive system cannot function properly. It causes various diseases in the body. In this way, every sunnah of the Prophet is based on the welfare of human life.”
With the goal of building honest thinking, green, clean and healthy city, he sat in the mayor’s chair, referring to Dr. Shahadat Hossain said, my intention is clear. I want to work with honesty. That’s why I got the mayor’s chair as well as the premier university. Maybe one day I will get rid of the flood. Mentioning the need for city dwellers to be aware to keep the city clean, he said, we are trying to increase awareness. This requires everyone’s cooperation. We have planned to set up garbage stations in some areas of the city. There are still many challenges ahead of us, we will create a clean city by taking everyone together. Referring to the long-standing relationship with Ashrafiya Osmania Hanafia Sunnia Madrasa Hefzkhana and Orphanage, the Mayor assured the necessary support and support for the development of education.
