In an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon 46 people were killed overnight
Lebanon’s Ministry of Health said that in the last 24 hours, 46 more people were killed and 85 injured in Israeli attacks in Lebanon.
Meanwhile, at least six people were killed and eight others were injured in an overnight Israeli airstrike targeting central Beirut.
However, the Israeli army says, “Today, the Lebanese armed group Hezbollah fired about 240 rockets. Fighting between Hezbollah fighters and Israeli troops has intensified in southern Lebanon. At least eight Israeli soldiers have been killed in this so far.
Regarding the attack on Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces said that Hezbollah’s latest rockets were fired in three stages. It took less than two hours. Most of these rockets landed in open areas in the western part of Israel’s Upper Galilee region. In addition, two rockets landed in open areas in the northern part of the region. Israel has also intensified its attacks in the Gaza area. Dozens of people were killed in separate attacks on an orphanage, shelters and schools.
