Joint forces cooperating to maintain order in garment industry: BGMEA

BGMEA expressed its thanks and gratitude to the joint forces for their full cooperation in maintaining good law and order in the readymade garments (RMG) industry.

On behalf of BGMEA, acting president of the organization, Abdullah Hill Rakib, said these things in an exchange meeting with the joint forces on the current situation of garment factories at BGMEA complex yesterday.

The meeting chaired by Abdullah Hill Rakib was attended by representatives of Army, Industrial Police, DGFI, NSI, RAB, BGB and factory owners.

The owners of RMG industry said that this anarchy is going on in the garment industry fueled by some parties. They expressed satisfaction with the cooperation of the joint forces in maintaining the law and order situation in the garment industry.
